Yes, we have a satisfaction policy yet we do not give refunds.

Studio - $60 1 bed + 1 bath - $70 2 bed + 1 bath - $80 2 bed + 2 bath - $90 3 bed + 1 bath - $95 Prices are subject to change based upon the amount of work in each property as all properties services are different.

Q.	Do you require a contract?
There is only a Contract with our commercial clientel. We have no contract with our residential clients.

yes there is an extra fee, email for quote.

Yes, there is an extra fee for laundry. Please email us for a quote
