This has never come up, we build our projects to the drawings and specifications provided, or we provide them prior to construction. If there is any performance issue, for example if some wood warps or some similar performance issue, we fix the problem as part of our one year warrantee.

Every project is different, but some things are always the same. I discussed the processes above, design, permitting, financial preparedness, scheduling, budgeting, and construction. If these components are in place things go well. Please feel free to call and request a copy of the report discussed in a previous question.

Depends on the project.

Q.	Will I be able to live in the home during renovation?
This depends on the project, on your tolerance for the dirt that accompanies even the cleanest construction project, and your patience with leving with other people tearing your home apart while you're living in it. Just being honest, this is very stressful for some people and others find it to be no big deal.

There are many companies build buildings. It is very rare to find a company that builds better relationships. There are often stresses and strains in the construction process, it's as much a part of a building project as are the wood and nails. Where we are differenct is that we are exceptionally skilled at sitting down with the client and working through the issues to a satisfactory end.
