A home warranty allows you to pay a yearly fee in order to warrant your homes essential systems against breakdowns and replacement costs.

It does not matter how old your home is but some of the coverage does vary depending on certain systems age.

Do you cover all makes and models?
We do cover all makes and models, although some product are no longer available and we might have to replace a discontinued product with a like model.

Do I need a home inspection in order to enroll?
You do not but there is a waiting period if one is not performed, so we strongly recommend having one.

Do I pay a service fee for each visit?
Each occurance will be charged a $45.00 service fee

You can always purchase a home warranty without a real estate transaction.
