Engineering Structural Inspections and Reports range from $250 to $500, depending on the distance traveled and time expended. Engineering Hourly Range from $50-$200/hour, depending on the level of expertice and experience required for the project.

Yes, I require 25% of the estimate before the start of work, and installments of the same thereafter as previous retaianers are exhausted.
